THIRD EYE
Third eye chakra is all about knowledge, vision and understanding. You can use your third eye to see the real world and not the fake world.
To improve your third eye do meditation, use crystals, and use your other senses too.
CROWN
The crown chakra is located at the top of the head, and is responsible for enlightenment and understanding. It’s also responsible for connection with the universe.
The element of this chakra is thought, which means that it governs how you think about things. If your thoughts are positive, then this means that your energy will be positive as well. However, if your thoughts are negative or toxic in any way, then it’ll cause problems with balance and stability within your body.
THROAT
The Throat Chakra is the place where your voice is heard. It’s also known as the Communication Center. When this chakra is open and flowing, you’ll feel confident and cheerful, while if it’s blocked or out of balance then you may have trouble speaking up for yourself—or speaking at all! The throat chakra is considered one of the most important elements because it represents your ability to speak your truth and share who you really are with others.
The Throat Chakra balances itself automatically with its opposite energy center: The Heart Chakra. If there isn’t enough energy in either one or both chakras, then they will try to compensate by over-activating their opposing counterpart until things are balanced again (which typically happens when one person speaks up while another listens). This process can be painful if not done in moderation; however once both sides feel heard by each other through open communication then everyone wins!
HEART
This is the middle chakra, and as you can see, it corresponds with the color green. When this chakra is balanced, you will be open to love and compassion. You will have a strong sense of self-love and self-worth which will allow you to accept other people’s love for you without fear of rejection or loss.
When out of balance, however, this chakra may cause feelings of resentment or jealousy toward others who are more successful than yourself financially or professionally. It can cause someone who has not been shown much love in their childhood to feel left out when surrounded by couples who are happily together for years on end (although this should never be an excuse). For example: A person who grew up in an abusive household might find themselves feeling angry around happy couples even if they aren’t aware that these feelings are coming from their heart chakra being out of alignment at all!
SOLAR PLEXUS
The solar plexus chakra is often referred to as the yellow chakra. The solar plexus is located in your upper abdomen and is associated with personal power, self-confidence and self-discipline.
If you want to strengthen this chakra, try being more assertive or standing up for yourself when necessary. Find a way to be confident no matter what situation you’re faced with – even if it means faking it until you make it! NAVEL
The navel chakra, located below the belly button, is associated with fire and Mars. If you’re having trouble connecting with this chakra, try focusing on yellow-colored objects and think about what they represent. The 10 petal lotus flower symbolizes will power, so you could also try to strengthen your resolve by visualizing a scene where you overcame an obstacle or challenge. The function of this chakra is action, or doing something in order to achieve a result; therefore, it’s important that you take control over your life instead of letting other people dictate how things need to go for them (and not for yourself). For example: if someone asked me out on a date but didn’t give me any options as far as when/where it would happen (or even who would pay), I wouldn’t be able to make those decisions myself because someone else already told me how things should play out! This might seem like an extreme case; however there are many ways that we can allow others’ actions determine our own lives without realizing it–and these dictations usually come from our own thoughts about “what’s right” or “what’s wrong”. Therefore–stop thinking about what others think is right or wrong! Do only what feels good inside; don’t let anyone else tell us otherwise.”
ROOT CHAKRA
The root chakra is located at the base of your spine and represents your connection with the earth. This chakra is also known as Muladhara, or “root support” in Sanskrit. The color associated with this chakra is red, and it has an element of earth.
The mantra to chant if you are trying to balance out this chakra is “I am” (pronounced Aum). If you have too much energy flowing through this area of your body, then you may find yourself being overly materialistic and trying to control too much in life.
You can balance out this chakra by performing yoga poses such as downward dog and bridge pose!
if you have too much energy in a chakra, then do the opposite. if you have too little energy in a chakra, then do the corresponding action.\nfor example, to get more energy in the root chakra, do exercise and eat more protein. to get less energy in the crown chakra, go outside and see nature.
If you have too much energy in a chakra, then do the opposite. If you have too little energy in a chakra, then do the corresponding action. For example, if you have too much energy in your heart chakra (emotions), then take time to be alone and reflect on yourself and your feelings. If you don’t feel like being alone with yourself or your emotions, go out and meet up with friends at a social event like going to an art gallery or playing board games together!
If there’s not enough water flowing through your root chakra (money), try saving more money by spending less or finding ways of saving money like eating less food overall while increasing protein intake and drinking plenty of water every day!
