KnightsTreasure is run independently and paid for by the advertising on the page, not by a support department. If a calculator gave you a strange result, a fact in the museum or learn section looks wrong, or you have an idea for a tool we’re missing, this is the place to say so.
The address is support@knightstreasure.com. There’s no dedicated support team behind it, so replies aren’t on a fixed schedule — but every message gets read.
What’s Useful to Include
- Tool bugs: which calculator (for example the Precious Metal Melt Value Calculator or the Gold Karat Converter), the numbers you entered, and what result you expected instead.
- Factual corrections: a link to the museum or learnpage in question and, if you have one, a source — entries there are drawn from Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons, and sometimes those sources change or get corrected.
- New tool ideas:what you were trying to work out and why the existing six calculators didn’t cover it.
What We Won’t Do
We can’t appraise, authenticate, or value a specific coin, item, or find you own — nobody here is a licensed appraiser or numismatist, and the tools only ever produce rough estimates. For a real find, a qualified appraiser, a numismatist, or (where required) your local finds-reporting authority is the right next step, not an email to us.
