This is where your chakras come in!

With seven energy centers that run along the spine, starting at the base of the tailbone and ending at the top of the head, each one deals with different aspects of ourselves: our connection to others (sacral), creativity (solar plexus), power (heart), self-expression (throat), intuition (third eye) and spirituality (crown). It’s also believed that they are connected to glands in our endocrine system as well: adrenal glands at our base chakra, pituitary gland in our throat chakra, pineal gland in our third eye chakra and hypothalamus gland located above all seven.

How to tell if you have an unbalanced chakra.

To test if you have an unbalanced chakra, do a simple self-check. Simply follow these instructions:

  • Place your hand over the area where you feel the imbalance and breathe deeply. If you feel heat or tingling then it is likely that there is an imbalance in that area.
  • Take note of the color of your aura (the energy field around your body). If one color stands out more than another, then it might indicate that there are specific things in your life that must be addressed before you can heal this chakra.

What to do when you have an unbalanced chakra.

If you notice an imbalance in your chakras, you can try to work on them through yoga and meditation. If you are unfamiliar with the concept of chakras and would like to learn more about them, I suggest doing some research or even taking a class on how to balance your own chakras.

Chakra imbalances can be caused by stress and not getting enough sleep each night. When people are stressed out they tend to be overwhelmed by their emotions which can interfere with their daily lives and cause them not to get enough sleep at night. This makes it difficult for them because they cannot feel balanced due for all of these reasons causing stress that leads back into itself creating a loop where none exists before!

How to clear your chakra.

Chakra clearing can be done through meditation, yoga, or other spiritual practices. Here are some things you can do to clear your chakras:

  • For example, when you meditate and focus on the energy of each chakra, you can use your breath to help release any negative energy that may be present. If you find that one of the chakras is blocked, this will affect your ability to feel joy or happiness in life. Instead of letting it stay blocked and causing stress throughout your body, try clearing it out with meditation!

To focus on your chakra, sit in a comfortable position with your back straight (but not stiff) and place your hands on the knees. Close your eyes and relax both body and mind by taking deep breaths while counting backwards from ten to zero. Once you have reached 0, open your eyes and focus on the chakra that will help you achieve what you want at that moment. For example: if you are stressed out due to work or school, try focusing on the heart chakra; realize how important it is for you as a person now so it can help heal others later down the line when they go through similar situations as well!
