Do you know the best time to be selfish?

You are the most important person in your life. You should be your own number one priority. When you put yourself first, if anything is left over, it can be given to others. Self-love is the best love and it can only come from within yourself. No one else can love you the way that you love yourself (unless they have some kind of mental illness). The more you love yourself and embrace who YOU ARE as an individual, then by default that will increase how much YOU LOVE OTHERS too!

Every day!

• Every day! You should be selfish all day, every day. It’s really not as bad as you think it is.
• When you are taking care of yourself first, you are better able to take care of others. You’re showing up for your friends and family in a way that allows you to be there for them even more fully—which is a beautiful thing!
